I currently coach leaders at organizations including the U.S. Department of Defense, Google X (Moonshot Factory), HubSpot, and several high-growth startups. I also work closely with venture capital firms to support their portfolio CEOs and executive teams as they scale with integrity and intentionality.

Coaching the Future

With a Ph.D. in Professional Coaching and Human Development, I bring a depth of knowledge and experience in the field of human potential, coupled with a core compassion for humanity to my coaching. I also have an interest in the direction and application of AI, which led me to utilize the co-created iConscious Human Development Model, which I and a team of scientists and engineers applied to the design of Sophia the Robot in the LovingAI project—infusing AI with developmental and emotional intelligence. But my deepest focus is on human leaders—people like you—who are shaping the future through their ways of being, making conscious, high impact decisions every day.
