Understanding Our Coaching Relationship and Terms of Service

Carole Griggs, Ph.D. is not a licensed therapist. Clients are fully responsible for all of his/her own decisions, actions and feelings.
When purchasing coaching services, it’s understood that this is not offered as a substitute for mental or physical health care.
Carole has the right to refuse service to anyone, any time, for any reason.
How one handles any and all issues that come up in sessions, live interactions with Carole Griggs Enterprises LLC, or interactions with Company website(s) or content is exclusively the clients’ responsibility.
All comments and ideas offered by the Company are solely for the purpose of aiding personal aspirations.
The services to be provided are online, via person, or phone. Carole Griggs Enterprises LLC will assist in making changes in a specific or a general area of life. The services received can include assessment and coaching in wellness and whole being development.
Clients have the right at any point of the coaching session, to declare the desire not to discuss specific issues and the coach agrees to respect this boundary.
Payment is due and shall be made prior to service. For telephone or Skype sessions, payments shall be mailed or paid online in advance for the agreed upon fee for the session(s). All sales are final.
Carole Griggs, Carole Griggs Enterprises, LLC, and the facility at which the work is being done shall not be held liable for any accidents to the undersigned client at said facility.
In the event the client is unable to make it to a scheduled session, it is the client’s responsibility to give Teacher/Coach notification by telephone at least 48 hours in advance or the client will be charged the equivalent of the fee for a 1- hour session and thus, be responsible to pay that fee in full. Clients are responsible for arriving or calling on time and am charged for the full session, even though you may not receive a full session. After 15 min from the start of the scheduled session, if there is still no call/show/communication, the Teacher/Coach will consider the session cancelled.
Customer/Client will not disclose or use any proprietary or confidential information including but not limited to any written, printed, graphic, or electronically recorded materials furnished to the Customer for their use within the program without Company’s prior written permission.
By engaging in coaching, client understands that exposure to any of the Company’s methodology, including trade secrets and other proprietary intellectual information, such as research and development; designs, ideas, techniques, methods, and processes; customer lists, and other non-public information including but not limited to principles, concepts, coaching techniques and training, as well as assignments, email, attachments, and documents, are proprietary. None of this may not be used for any purposes, other than this coaching relationship, without written consent from an officer of the Company.
The principles learned in coaching may be used directly in life, but it is strictly prohibited to use or disclose the information to third parties through speaking, publishing, or distributing it publicly for attempted commercial gain as well.
All coaching packages expire 1 year (12 months) after purchase date.
