Carole is the co-founder and developer of iConscious with colleague, Ted Strauss. iConscious is a well-researched model for Conscious Human Development, providing a “map” to support those interested in understanding and accelerating their personal and professional development. iConscious offers insights into the inherent stages all humans go through, and serves as an accelerator of integrated human development.

A key accelerator of human development is integration. The iConscious Human Development Model encourages integration in several ways:

Makes clear the 5 domains of human experience that must be integrated for living our full potential: Consciousness, Uniqueness, Emotions, Mind, and Body.
Proves rounded perspective through 4 Views: Subjective, Objective, Relational, and Systemic.
Shows the full depth and extent of personal and collective development currently visible.
Avoids language that divides the world’s human evolution understandings and strives to use language that is both universal and culturally specific.
Equally welcomes East and West, science and spirituality, students and teachers, academics, researchers, religious teachings, and wisdom traditions from native cultures worldwide.

iConscious has been deeply involved in AI projects. Please click here to read more about LovingAI and the use of the iConscious Model in machine learning and developmental coaching as part of a larger effort to encode unconditional love into digital personalities. This model has contributed dialog designs for Sophia, a well-known robot who is demonstrating meaningful success in helping people awaken their consciousness, using the iConscious model as an evolutionary framework.
