1:1 Coaching

I coach senior leaders and founders one-on-one. My coaching rests on adult developmental psychology and stages of consciousness, so I first work out how a leader currently sees and handles their sense of self, and in relation to others and the world around. Then coach with that clarity and understanding, rather than handing everyone the same advice.

My work focuses on helping top leaders:

Think and decide more strategically through ambiguity
Lead with clarity in times of complexity or crisis
Build emotionally intelligent, high-functioning teams
Navigate conflict and difficult conversations with presence
Operate from a deeper level of self-awareness and purpose

Coaching the Future

With a Ph.D. in Professional Coaching and Human Development, I bring a depth of knowledge and experience in the field of human potential, coupled with a core compassion for humanity to my coaching. I also have an interest in the direction and application of AI, which led me to utilize the co-created iConscious Human Development Model, which I and a team of scientists and engineers applied to the design of Sophia the Robot in the LovingAI project—infusing AI with developmental and emotional intelligence. But my deepest focus is on human leaders—people like you—who are shaping the future through their ways of being, making conscious, high impact decisions every day.
