Dr. Griggs offers private sessions for those interested in finding the foods and movement styles that best fit each individual, and each state and stage in life. Private Wellness and Nutrition sessions support clients in learning the blockages keeping one stuck, foods that fuel one’s unique and entire well-being, and foods and movements that might work best to support one’s goals, interests, and needs for a harmonious, healthy life. These practices are integrated in a way that is empowering, grounding, connective, and liberating. Carole was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for over a decade. She worked with clients 1v1, and also at a college as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for all sports. Dr. Griggs is no longer taking on new clients in this area.
